Four-Grain Straight Bourbon
- - Made from Colorado Corn, Barley, Oats, and Rye with open air fermentation. Corn milled in house. Fermented with Belgian Saison yeast. Non-chill filtered.
- - Aged in # 3 char new American white oak barrels a minimum of 4 years.
- - Single Barrel batches.
- - 92 proof, full-bodied with a beautiful apricot ester and dusty books nosing profile, caramel, vanilla, toffee, dark cherry chocolate and spice palate.
SWEET POTATO VODKA
- - A full bodied yet incredibly smooth vodka.
- - Distilled 4 times, each batch starts with over 4000 lbs. of sweet potatoes.
Gin
- - Floral-forward gin with a balanced complexity.
- - 20 different botanicals vapor distilled through a Gin basket.
- - Uses Denver Distillery Rum base made from molasses and distilled to 190 proof.
Distiller’s Reserve Four-Grain Bourbon
- SOLD OUT
- - Made from Colorado Corn, Barley, Oats, and Rye with open air fermentation. Corn malted and milled in house. Fermented with Belgian Saison yeast. Non-chill filtered.
- - Aged in #3 char new American white oak barrels.
- - Each batch is bottled in very limited quantities.
- - Batch #3 is Cask Strength. Full-bodied with a deep apricot ester nosing profile, maple syrup, caramel, oak spice, vanilla, and grain mouthfeel, ending with a complex bourbon finish.
DARK RUM
- - Twice distilled in our handmade copper pot still.
- - Long open air fermentation creates an island inspired yet unique rum big on fruity esters.
- - Lightly oaked with notes of caramel, vanilla and cola.
- - Made from Black Pearl Select molasses and dunder. Lightly oaked and cut with a small amount of molasses and CO raw honey.
SILVER RUM
- - Twice distilled in our handmade copper pot still.
- - Long open air fermentation creates an island inspired yet unique rum big on fruity esters.
- - Made from Black Pearl Select molasses and dunder. The dunder is a process similar to sour mashing and is traditional to Jamaican Rum distillation.
DISTILLER'S RESERVE OVERPROOF AGED RUM
- - Dunder rum made with 100% Black Pearl Select molasses.
- - Long open-air fermentation using Kveik yeast.
- - Aged at least 3 years in our spent 4-Grain Bourbon barrels.
- - Double pot distilled and bottled at 109 proof.
- - A rum for whiskey lovers, lots of oak barrel tasting notes.
NAVY STRENGTH SPICED RUM
- - Spiced Rum inspired by pineapple upside down cake.
- - Open air fermentation and dunder create an island inspired yet unique spiced rum.
- - Lightly oaked with notes of caramel, vanilla and cola.
- - Fresh pineapple, vanilla bean, cinnamon sticks, fresh ginger, pink peppercorn, orange peel, and allspice
APPLE PIE MOONSHINE
- - Denver Distillery Bourbon mashbill cut with Colorado Cider Company dry cider.
- - Macerated with apple pie spices and Granny Smith apples.
- - Lightly sweetened with CO raw honey.
Queen City Rye Whiskey
- - 100% CO grains: 75% Raw Rye 25% Barley.
- - Delicate yeast profile creates a bold grain-forward Rye aged in #2 char American White Oak Barrels.
- - Beautiful honey and hay palate alongside that classic Rye spice.
- - Extremely limited release.
Distiller’s Reserve Applewood Smoked Straight Rye Whiskey with Lapsang Souchong
- - Applewood cold smoked Rye whiskey aged in #3 Char American White Oak Barrels.
- - Proofed down with Lapsang Souchong pine smoked black tea from local Kucha House of Tea.
- - Smells like walking into a western wear store with a bold smoke profile married with leather, spice, and smooth tea tannins.
- - Extremely limited release.
Imo Kasutori Shochu
- - A traditional Japanese-style shochu.
- - Sweet Potatoes (Imo) from Mississippi and Sake rice Lees (Kasu) from the Colorado Sake Co. (rice grown in Arkansas) are open-air fermented together.
- - Distilled once in our handmade copper pot still. Bottled at full strength 40%.
- - Extremely complex mouthfeel and nose.
COFFEE LIQUEUR
- - Denver Distillery Rum base itself made from organic Black Pearl Select molasses and dunder.
- - Partnered with Kaladi Coffee Roasters.
- - Mexican hot chocolate inspired: this liqueur has chocolate + cinnamon + pink peppercorn + raw Colorado honey.

Cask Finished
Four-Grain Bourbon
- - Made from Colorado Corn, Barley, Oats, and Rye with open air fermentation with Saison-style beer yeast. Non-chill filtered.
- - Aged in #3 char new American white oak barrels.
- - Transferred to a french oak Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrel.
- - 92 proof, incredibly unique and complex with dark cherry and oak nosing notes, a spicy palate, sweet finish, and incredibly long, light, and smooth wine tanins.
