Grain to Glass
Artisan distilling from grain to glass, all in house. Every step of the way we painstakingly choose the best ingredients and start from scratch: 100% Colorado grains, sweet potatoes, organic molasses, artisan yeasts, and rocky mountain snowmelt.
From open air fermentation, malting and milling some of our grain in house, using wild and traditional beer yeast, to building our own copper pot still with a thump keg; we love the old ways. We also love to be creative. Vodka from sweet potatoes? Why not! Gin from rum? Let's add 21 botanicals and see what happens! Rum fermented with a Norwegian yeast strain? You betcha.
